    I can't recommend Baltic Remodeling enough. I had them do a major interior remodel that consisted of kitchen, dining room, living room, and florida room. It completely transformed our house. Several things stand out with this company. Quality of work is impeccable. Absolutely anything we wanted changed was discussed with us and the different options we had. This included several things that were custom built that manufacturers told us were not possible. Emil and team go the extra mile to ensure quality of work and happiness of their customers.     We typically get multiple estimates for any home improvement. In more than 30 years of home ownership, we've done a lot of jobs. Emil provided a whole house window estimate for a condo we own. We were seeking a specific brand and Emil researched and provided us with a detailed estimate. It was in line with other companies we'd interviewed but in discussing the contract, sensed a sincerity and pride of craftsmanship from Emil that was lacking in the other window companies. We contracted him to do the installation. I mention the specific brand request because many companies will sell you only the brand they have relationships with. I don't think Emil would have installed if he didn't think the product we wanted was solid. His was the cleanest construction job we have EVER had done. And his work is pristine. In addition to the window install, we had a cat door put in. It is a work of art and typically is the first thing we show people :) The finish carpentry on that little cat door is perfection. While he was working on our windows, Emil heard an issue going on with the hall toilet. He determined the problem and fixed it for us. He also subbed a small electrical job for us and that went smoothly and was affordable. I can recommend Baltic Remodeling without hesitation.

We are Emil and Angie Baltic “Baltic Duo”. We met in 8th grade in Kentucky where we were both the new kids in school. Here we are, 14 years of marriage and three kids later having a blast with life! Besides all things Real Estate and Remodeling our Faith and Family are our passion in life!
